    Office Manager 
  Requirements:  
  Experienced with QuickBooks, Microsoft; Word, Excel, Access, Frontpage and Outlook.  
  Well organized, non-smoker 
  Superior verbal and written communication skills  
  Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.  
  Must be self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently. 
  Pacific Rim multilingual 
  Live in San Francisco Bay Area, CA 
  Daily Tasks: 
  A/R, A/P, G/L, Payroll, Bank receipts,  
  Compile Reports 
  Answer phones 
  Schedule appointments 
  Respond to customer inquires 
 
Technician 
  Requirements: 
  Over 5 years experience with phone systems 
  Certified on Panasonic, or Nortel, Toshiba, AT&T, NEC PBX hardware and software  
  Live in Northern California or Hawaii 
  Highly attentive to detail and accuracy.  
  Must be self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently 
  Driver's license and transportation 
  Daily Tasks: 
  Responsible for Phone system installations 
  PBX and phone repairs  
  Adds/moves/changes 
  Troubleshooting 
  PC or Unit Software and Voice Processing application repairs 
  Some wiring and jack repairs
